My 156 has just hit the 100k mark. Just to lay down a marker for those that still doubt, the only unscheduled maintenance that it has required is one clutch at 54k, two sets of front suspension bushes and an exhaust front pipe. It still goes as well as it ever did, it stills scrubs up nicely, nothing has fallen off and it has never let me down. Brilliant car.

Great stuff. Good to hear. The original 156 still looks absolutely great too. Elegant, crisp and sporty without being aggressive or arrogant. Perfect.

We used to have a tradition of stopping whereever you happened to be when a car tripped over the 100k mark and doing an honorary lap of the car. Could be tricky if on a motorway / DC watching the odo creep towards the magic number whilst scanning for a suitable junction / layby etc. thumbup
