electronic airway control?

Has anybody got any ideas about this? I want to add a more up-to-date control system for my A/C + heater, which means I need some electronic way of opening and closing some of the outputs from the heater unit itself. Ideally something from a donor car, but I've drawn a blank on my internet searches!

There's little point to be honest. I ran an modified version in the Can-Am using 6 vents (to demist, 2 inthe dash facing you and 2 in the footwells), using Audi TT vents. Just open and close the vents as required - much simpler and just as effective as electronic flap valves I'd say.
