Encounter yesterday

I had an encounter with a car yesterday that I didn't recognise. Does anybody know if the Spyker road car was ever released? For some reason that was my first guess as to what it was. Looked like a Ford Ka fed on steroids for the last 10 years. Did look fairly similar to:

It might have been a kit car. Sounded amazing but not quite as quick as the Nob :-). As for the 55 AMG struggling to keep up in the midst of it all.....

It kind of is ugly but beautiful at the same time. Awfully slow for 1/4 million though :-).

...but caught you napping in the wrong lane at the second roundabout though. 
The Spyker just ain't about speed. It's probably got the finest V8 exhaust note on earth and is a riot to drive. Beautifully made with attention to detail on a par with the French coachbuilders of the 1930s. A completely unique motor car.

The attention to detial on these are absolutely amazing. I've found it to be a Marmite car though - you either love it or hate it. I think it's beautiful, a modern work of art. Trust me if you ever get up close to one take your time, have a look around it then look round it again. Every single surface has been detial finished to the up most excillence of craftsmenship. This thing deserves to be in the Tate Modern.

Just being fascicious (and a tad jealous obviously). No offence intended 
. That engine note was something to behold I must admit.
Really excellent. I love cars where I have to think to myself "What the hell is that!?".
P.S. My pointing was to communicate how lovely I thought it was but I wondered if in all the excitement my body language might have been read differently. Hopefully not. Really awesome experience.

I experienced the acceleration of my mate's SL55 AMG at the weekend. The speed at which it despatched the road was incredible.....yet I know it won't touch an M400.Edited by NobleGuy on Sunday 21st October 10:49
2nd property sold now (subject to contract) so I am getting closer to buying a Noble.
Btw, though the AMG isn't as quick an M400, it's a cracking motor
