Doesn't look too bad. Couple of other weather sites do say their may be light showers on Saturday though.

Doesn't show Sunday

And why doesn't the air pollution index show a sharp rise on Saturday? You did inform the BBC didn't you, Ted?

At the minute the BBC are saying dry on Saturday, rain on Sunday, and the Weather Channel the opposite!

If it's raining does that mean no drag racing?

Don't worry! If it rains you can always seek shelter in the beer tent!

Yep, predicting light rain for Sunday. In that case I shall not be going.

The main reason for attendance is to give TreVoR a run out and he doesn't go out in the rain. Second reason is meeting up with fellow PH-ers so may have to come in the Fucos. Third reason is the Festival - beer tent (no beer), trade stands, beer tent (no beer), raceway, beer tent (no beer) - but I will be driving home anyhow.

Please don't rain!!!!

Why - afriad something will get washed off????

I know that TVR's have a reputation for bad build - but I din't think it was that bad that you couldn't have it rained on!!!!!

Joust - it's not that. The TreV is just a weekend toy which I want to last with minimal maintenance and effort. It hasn't spent much time outside from new let alone in the rain! It probably leaks, the underside will get wet and rust away and I hate driving it with the roof on!
......now, if I had a Nobel.......!

C'mon, where is your spirit of adventure.

My chariot will rust if you give it a nasty stare but occaisionally it is worthwhile driving in salt water just because LIFE IS SHORT AND YOU'RE HAVING FUN.

Grasp that nettle.

Come on, you know it makes sense. There's no salt on the roads this time of year, and you've got the rest of the summer to get it cleaned up and waxoyled ready for winter. Bring it out and show us all how much you love it.

Also, I'm taking chocolate biscuits - tempted?
