planetdave, there are cameras in Ashchurch, just off J9 M5, (30 mph) residential area plus army logistics base, then a 50mph section through Beckford, camera signs but don't think there is one, however best to stick to the 50 there, there was a fatal accident which led to the 50 being imposed.
Other then that, keep an eye out for parked white vans, but I can usually shift along the NSL bits reasonably briskly - you sometimes get a car or two bikes parked on the long hill at Sedgeberrow, but there are roadworks just after that, often with stationary queues to get through the lights.
One note of caution - if you are going round the Evesham by-pass, it's one of those roads with one lane only each way, but room and sight lines for an overtaker in the middle in quite a few sectins, which is great if everyone is considerate, but do telegraph your intentions before you commit as I have had total ****ers try to kill me rather that be overtaken OR let me overtake coming towards them before now.
Stay alert, and have fun!!! the roads round here are a hoot.

It's not the fixed cameras that you should worry about. Knowing where they are is useful, but you are far from safe in the Midlands when between fixed camera sites (trust me, I'm from Northants, birthplace and spiritual home of the 'safety camera partnership')
I'd guess that with the drag racing being on as well, the local authorities will be expecting a large influx of petrolheads, and will have the speed traps out in expectation of a good pickup rate. If you want to be certain not to pick up an NIP, you should resign yourself to sticking to the limits I'm afraid

I used to live up there and as far as police go, be careful, but it is likely you won't encounter much in the way of speed cameras.
As a few have mentioned the roads around there are great. I can recomend the Stratford to Worcester road (2 x Truvelo cameras in the 50 mile an hour limit, thus I imagine most keep to limits until they see the National Speed Limit (GLF) sign).
While up there it is worth a drive around as you can find some great roads. For the Classic car types, David Gerald the TVR dealer is about 20 mins away in Inkberrow, on the Stratford to Worcester route.
Cheers
