G32 Headlights

Hello,
I'm a new G32 owner. Whilst I'm waiting to join the owners club, perhaps someone can answer a question. Do they use the same headlights as a classic Mini and if so has anyone tried any of the upgrade units available?
With winter coming up, I thought it might be a worthwhile upgrade.

Which G32 have you bought? Not a green one is it? Headlights are standard 7inch - if units are ok just fit some decent bulbs!

No - it was the dark blue 1.9 (later model) that was advertised here on PH. I fancied something a bit interesting as I'm coming to the end of a year off the road (medical rather than legal reasons!!). I'm hoping it'll work out OK to live with!

That's ok, good car. The 'green' one in question was on ebay - rather nice but non-galv chassis that was/is 'rotting'! Otherwise I'd have had it with a bit of bidding luck.
Eventually, imo, values will increase on the galv chassis 32s.
