An old hotel 2 miles from the circuit reopened today and it isn't dear. I had a look at the rooms and they are all completely redone. I've spoken to the owner and if anyone is still looking let me know. Many of the rooms are doubles (like bring your sleeping bags if you are fussy) - very few twins but it is cheap and cheerful with a bar opposite. No food but the bar will be doing breakfast. Secure gated parking with key pad entry.

Camping is almost as good as the drinking and parties. If you stay in a hotel you won't get into the vibe. I only speak from others telling me that they wish they hadn't. But let us know what its like.

Yes, but let me make it clear I'm not making anything out of this. I am just letting people know. He only has 20 rooms in all and he will let me know how many he has left on Wednesday. Camping is fun, but each to their own choice and since the cost here is damned cheap compared to others and it is near the circuit it's worth it for those who want a bed and shower. I was quoted 350 euros a night the other day for a 2 star hotel 8 miles from the circuit for the Classic in July, let alone the 24 hours in June when there are 3 times the number of people. This is very cheap and good. If people don't want them he'll advertise, but all I'm doing is giving people the heads up.
