Just about to tick over to 28,500 on a 52 plate. Now the winter is coming it's a good opportunity to cut back a little bit (I was hoping the novelty would have worn off by now but it still shows no signs of doing so). Plus the insurance company have imposed limits and I've only got 2000 miles left to last me until next July.

Over 90K, from new about 8 years ago now.

On second engine, just about to go to my third. Minus a couple of turbos, and added a few more CC's

BTW, anybody interested in a 2.5L engine ????? ;-)

Quite right Alex, lets be fair.

1) 0-4500 miles - normal usage as per the brochure, 50% track day mileage. Engine (pre track day sump) destroys itself.
2) 4500 miles - new engine and track day sump - pure bliss.
3) 4500 -11,000 miles - step up from track day "pass everything else on track " to flat out 100% test day or qualifying or race usage, all out non stop 100% foot flat on the floor driving usage.
4) 11,000 miles - new engine. 2.5 litre to 3.0 litre upgrade. AER standard USA M400 spec engine imported and then mapped by John Noble Motorsport. Flat out 100% test day or qualifying or race usage.

thumbupBought July at 8500 miles now at 11,700 so have done 3000 miles in 3 months, which is more than I did in the whole year I had my previous one! Touch wood, holding up very well as an everyday car, not looking forward to the icy days ahead thougheek
