159 2.4 jtd multijet Q4 - chipped?

anyone running a chipped q4? performance? economical ? thinking of getting a sportwagon now... like the idea of rear biased 4x4 - anyone driven q4 v fwd in 2.4jtd?
also the auto box - capable for power upgrade? any idea of torque rating?

I've always shied away from the remaps myself, mainly because I run the car as a company car and I just don't want to risk anything invalidating the warranty or the insurance. There also seems to be a lot of rubbish talked as well and I'm not really sure if some of the "tuners" are doing anything any more sophisticated than just cranking the boost up!!

However there are plenty of people who have had remaps fitted for quite some time and seem pleased with them. Angel Tuning is one of the most popular and respected Alfa remappers so it would be worth chatting with Nigel there. There's one guy in the AROC with a remapped Brera - 240bhp - and far better economy than standard!

The Q4 system is brand new out with the JTDm engine so that side of things is a leap into the unknown, as is the new autobox.
