I'll be there, or kill myself trying!

(Yellow 2.5, stupid numberplate, bloke looking hungover)

Not made it to one yet due to weddings and random stuf getting in the way,

Hey what's a sensible time to arrive for decent parking?

By 930am but it depends, being the last one and fair weather predicted it may be chocca by 9am again.

hey one slightly naive question...

...it says on the site 'regular' cars get parked outside but 'appropriate' cars get parking in the paddock.

does that mean cars related to the theme of the day (american this sunday), or just all cars that are a bit special (erm, like a Noble maybe!)

It'll be Yanks in the Paddock and the rest in the other car-park.

"paddock" dusty place surrounded by a fence. best place to round up all the yanks and keep em together leaving the car park free for a nice quite sensible party biggrin

"Wednesday quote

A great idea to join the convoy! There will be a great mix of cars and the ride down should be as much fun as the event! I recommend anyone coming down not to miss this run.

Hi Andy, well no one here has shown a lot of interest so far so dunno really. Martin (V6 GTO) did say he may attend - Martin?

I feel it will be a very busy one this time so hope to arrive by 9am (so as not to be sent to the adjoing overspill parking field like last time!). Bearing in mind the early start that may be a challenge though! We could RV at the A3 services for a 730am driving off - let me know then I'll mail you my mobile...

Hi Rob, I hadn't realiesed it was that busy last time as we have not been for a while. Sounds like we should just head straight there to ensure being in by 9. See you down there, you never know we might pass you on the way! wink
