No headlights !!!!!!

Having pulled back the cover in the passenger footwell I am not sure if I am looking at the right thing ?
Tucked up behind a whole bash of wire looms there is what I would describe as a 6 inch x 6 inch box. Can I assume it is the fuse box ?
Problem is its sits in a `Next` carry bag and its wedged into an awkward space as someone has made such a good job of making the wires tidy I will have to unclip/ravel a lot of wires to get to it.
Sadly ran out of daylight to do the job.
So question...what the fk does the fuse box look like please ?

Photo taken about a month after I bought the car (TVR wiring was one of the first things to be sorted out!)
The fuse box is meant to be mounted to a bracket above the footwell but mine was loose (I think most are) so you end up stuffing all that electric spaghetti back up behind the cover.
All that wiring is perfectly placed to benefit from water ingress if the windscreen should leak so the plastic bag does indeed sound like an aftermarket dealer mod.

the bible suggests, the fuse layout to be just about the same for all s models with the s1 and s2 having 16 fuses and the s3 onwards having 20.the silver box is the ecu (cars brain).
the fuses your looking for is probably be one of four, one 30amp (green) three 15amp (blue).
could try to describe the locations but its probably easier to test allthe blue in turn then all the green.

For a few years TVR put a dim/dip module in the wiring. This makes the headlamps work at a lower intensity, together with the side lights, when side lights are switched on with ignition on. If the module is faulty or disconnected, the headlamps won't work either. The dim/dip module is a small black metal box situated near the fuse box and the ECU.
I guess it's time to get a wiring diagram and trace where the voltage disappears when headlamps are switched on!

Lights back on ! 
Found the fuse box tucked right up back left bolted on to a metal plate.
Had a feel & fiddle and found that the dim/dip module seemed to be loose.
Pushed it back in and the lights returned !!
So it seems that all it was. Took the car for a 30 minute dash and the lights stayed on ! Fantastic.
Next job..tidy up them wires !
