Just a quick post to thank all the TVR supporters who were at Le Mans at the weekend.
Although the results were not as good as we hoped for I enjoyed the whole 'Le Mans Experience' a great deal.
The highlight for me was the drivers parade on the Friday evening - what an event! For 90 minutes it was like being a popstar! Huge thanks to everybody who was there and raised the roof when we came past in the open top Bentley.
So on behalf of all the team, THANK YOU

rob - nice to see TVR there, shame Lotus can't do something... have to agree with you about the parade - we were lucky enough to be in it as well... thanks to you guys and all the other drivers for the way you treated everyone... you and the other drivers were so open with everyone... also nice to see the TVR pits being so open and friendly as well.. F1 could learn a lot...

Boy oh boy was I so proud to be associated with TVR, to hear that there were over 1200 TVRs down there, perhaps as many as 1500, we were all willing the team on, it is just a shame, but it took Bentley 3 years.
Rob it was great to see your posting, I am sure that you will be back, thanks for everything.

Firstly, congratulations for the effort . It was a great pleasure to see TVR at LM and I'm sure they will be there again next year. Rob, you still have to sign my shirt as I didn't manage to see you after the race. I had to leave before the finish. So, you have to do that in five weeks at Spa (?) or next year. Anyway, what a great effort of you guys. Strangely, I only got fotos of the no 92 car. I'll send them off to you tomorrow.
Agree with all - well done TVR, a fantastic sight to see.
Was it just me or did all the other TVR owners feel an imense sense of pride, tingling all over, the hairs on the back of the neck stand up and dare I say a lump in the throat the first time those fantastic cars came rumbling around the circuit.
Roll on next year, good effort lads!

Yep - bloody good effort, and I felt exactly the same when they came round for that first lap.
Excellent to be there and feel a part of it, so to speak, very impressed to see the drivers, Peter Wheeler/Ben and the De Walt/Salisbury guys in Houx on Friday , I doubt if that would have been repeated in the Bentley (audi coupe ) camp .
Rob did the driver of the car (spyker?) that punted your/the 91 car get a sound thrashing when he got back to the pits .
