Midlands mini S Club Autumn Meet / Rutland Rumble on 7th Oct

Hi all

There seem to be lots of new (and some old ) owners around the Midlands now and I know from emails and conversations with some of you over the last week or so that there's some interest in meeting up on 7th Oct.

Feel free to comment in this thread but so that all info is in one place please add your name to the Northants thread or email me if you're interested in coming along. Hopefully we'll have a good turn out of S's to show the other TVR's and brands that will be there!!

I'm working my bits off to get my car back together at the moment.
My metal coolant hoses are shot, I have a plan which I will be trying tonight.

Theres various meet up points if you have a look on the Northants forum. I reckon there could be near 40 of us if everyone turns up.

None to0 sure if I'm coming in my S3, I've had her out for nearly 2hrs today, all seems to be running well but need to check the water levels once the engine has cooled down and I dont burn my fingers.

I know that Petclub and some others are meeting as above if that's any good to you?
I'm in Uppingham and offered to meet those coming from Stamford / A1 end, but because everyone now seems to be making their own way from that area I'll be going straight to Barrowden. If you want to meet me in Uppingham feel free to drop me an email.

Got the car back from Northampton Motorsport yesterday , runs much better really was getting difficult to drive at anything but full throttle.
I feel a Rumble is in order .

We could meet somewhere near Grantham and go down the A1 and cut across or meet up with Barkychoc and meet up witrh some of the others meeting at the Hobby horse

Glad your car is sorted Dale. Before I brought it from him Dave took his S2 to Northampton Motorsport for a rolling road session so if it's good enough for him you were in safe hands
