Is the TVRCC planning to canvass the membership on the proposed new rules, or will it just be a case of saying yes or no at the AGM?

The latest minutes available on the TVRCC site are in respect of a meeting held on 25 March 2007. I assume that there may have been several subsequent committee meetings. Is there any chance of making these minutes available to all?

Why don't you ask this on the TVRCC site, where the minutes are hosted?

You could also email Ralph as he usually ensures they get put up?

Although they did have a policy of only putting up approved minutes, which took around 6 months. Don't shoot the messenger!

Oh hang No 7 - aren't you that Paul! yikes Which answers my first question!

Just to avoid confusion, I am still a TVRCC member, just choose not to post on their site. I am aware of the usual timeframe, but I thought that surely the March minutes must have been approved by now. I would have also thought that in view of the Rockingham event, there may have been several other committee meetings between March and August.

Do you mean the new forum rules Paul? If so Ralph is working on them and as I understand it the plan is to post them on the website for members comments before they are implemented / voted on etc..

Or was it some other rules? confused

Edited to add
If you genuinely cared about the TVRCC you'd be asking the question on there not trying to cause mischief by posting here.

V8G, I'm sorry I missed seeing what has been censored. Perhaps you could pm me with details? Perhaps you could also clarify which bit of unlawful, threatening, personal attack etc. applies to me.

As far as asking the question on the TVRCC site, I chose not to, as I have previously made clear, because certain TVRCC members were talking about banning me from the forum. I saved them the trouble. In any event, as far as I am concerned, they are perfectly innocuous questions - nothing for anyone to get worked up about at all.

Its the club rules that are being re-written - see the RO area on the TVRCC site.

There was nothing threatening, unlawful or otherwise, and you've heard it all before. I basically called you arrogant, so if that's a 'personal attack' then guilty as charged m'lud, nothing to get hot under the collar about IMO, I've been called worse as I'm sure the majority of people have.
This site's getting as bad as the TVRCC for censorship.

Personally, with regard to the TVRCC site I wouldn't care if members where talking about me being banned, doesn't make it happen does it?

So the March Minutes were there!

So the June Meeting would be approved at the October meeting, and published thereafter.
So I wouldn't expect the June Meeting until November, you did say that

Now when I was an RO and cared about these things, I did say it was pointless circulating the minutes around the RO's 6 months afterwards as the RO couldn't give any timely feedback. Since then they now have an RO e-forum, and I don't go to many TVRCC meets, so this may have changed. I hope so. If your gripe was with "the usual timeframe", then I'd agree. At a meeting with ESA/ESTEC the minutes and actions are agreed at the end of that meeting, so it can be done much quicker. However complaining that the March minutes aren't there, when they are, just makes your complaint look at bit silly.

I did originally say.

I made a mistake which I readily acknowledge - although my original post refers to the March minutes already being available, I subsequently referred to March instead of post-March meeting minutes.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with those acronyms - could you please elaborate?

My comments were not phrased in the form of a complaint - I asked whether they were available.
