UK blown-alcohol altered team Bennett Racing have announced a sponsorship deal with AIM, a world-leading company in motor sports and race data acquisition technology, electronics, instrumentation, data loggers, digital displays, lap timers, stopwatches and gauges for performance and racing vehicles.

AIM has set new standards in many application fields: from Kart to car, from Bike to Junior Dragster: the MyChron3 660 is today considered the most powerful datalogger designed for these kinds of vehicles.

AIM has now launched a pretty new set of products designed for drag racing: the EVO3 QM datalogger and MXL QM dash logger.

In order to support launch in the drag racing world AIM is now sponsoring Bennett Racing, the quickest methanol altered in the NFAA and the UK, a top class racing team which has now been racing for twenty six years with an impressive history of success. Frank Bennett purchased his first race car in 1982, and raced as Phantasm for many years. His son Luke - who was practically born at the Shakespeare County track – is today the team's Crew Chief.

Partnership will include both sponsorship and development/fine tuning (R&D) of all AIM products for drag racing use.

Furyous, thanks for comments :-)

Besty, No they are currently making it all up now for us, lots of measurements taken for it, but when we get it (will be fitted for next year) it will have the following:

-Fuel Pressure
-Oil Pressure
-Blower Boost
-Input Shaft Speed
-Drive Shaft Speed
-EGT's

Thats to start, then we will provide them with feedback and build on system if needs be.

But you and anyone will be welcome to come and have a look
