Hi All,

I am looking for one (or more) people that can assist me in calling targeted individuals, in order to secure appointments. I am a start-up company and simply need some help on the phone-side of things. This could well develop into additional administrative tasks at a later stage.

- This is NOT cold calling
- The people that are to be contacted are all Managing Directors of SME's
- They are expecting to be called to set up an appointment

Ideally, you will have had experience in a call centre, or have a very good phone presence. Initially, I would need someone to call between 5 and 10 contacts per day, during working hours to make the appointments for me.

- I will pay for each appointment set
- There is a script available that contains the answers to most common questions, although the Managing Directors should have received all necessary information well ahead (just in case).

This could be for you, if you are thinking of earning some extra money, while heaving the flexibility to make the calls at your leisure.

In the first instance, please reply to this message if you are interested.

Best regards,

Gary.

Out of interest. If you are a start up company and are looking to target managing directors in order to secure appointments, how is this not cold calling?

The MD's are expecting a call as they have received an introduction letter and information pack on what I can do for them. The call will give them an opportunity to ask further questions - and of course say yes or no to setting up an appointment - their decision. This is not about "forcing" anybody into getting an appointment.

I am an Associate to the Institute for Independent Business and as part of my accreditation, I am required to give up a number of hours each month to go and talk to SME's. This is at no charge to the company I am visiting.

I hope this answers your questions.

Best regards,

Gary.
