TVR's in Germany

Quite by sheer chance, over the course of the last week, i have driven up to and followed a Griff, and a Cerb (Speed 6 running under its own steam) whilst commuting arround Cologne.

Now i know this is not startling news,,, but i have lived in Germany now for 9 years and not seen whiff.

What is going on?

Last week, I have seen two German registered TVRs around Frankfurt, a blue Cerbera on Sunday and a gunmetal Griffith yesterday. It's a rare occurrence though

I would have thought you'd see the odd one by the Nürburgring...

I was there on Friday and I stopped in Cologne for a look around the city on my way to the 'ring. There was another S there earlier in August too!
