Mini (mostly Cooper S) convoy -Tewks to Evesham road today

Having quickly looked through the forum and not found anything too obvious, could somebody on here explain why this afternoon there was a convoy of Minis turning towards Evesham after (probably) leaving the M5? Nice day for it
