Again following the rebuild my " and @ keys appear to have changed places on my keyboard!

Any suggestions at all?

You're set to US keyboard.

Control Panel/Regional Settings./..

Chaange everything there to the UK Locale.

Or Control panel, Keyboard, Change Language to EN English (British.)
