Adding accessories to the electrics on a Viper seems complicated unless,

you have 'Add a Fuse' if anyone goes to the USA this year could they bring back a box.

Tandy and such like sell them I am quite prepared to pay for a box of a hundred or whatever.....all I need is a mule.

Any takers help me out and I will keep a stock for us all.

I'm off to California for a couple of weeks from 22/09 - will happily get what you need if I can. Let me know...

i see you've been busy, there must be another way to avoid going piggy back, my auto electrician is sorting it out after the weekend so I'll let you know the right way to do it ! unless Nad/Joel pipes in before hand, (Recall Nad saying you can tap/solder into the blue ignition wire, fused of course, then it will only come on with ignition)

Yes Wiring the car is no problem it just seemed that the add a fuse idea was so easy that we could keep a stock and anyone could wire the car.

Plus if you did not like it or removed the accessory in question there would be no cut wires soldered joints etc.

Also solder is quite brittle and with the vibration a car experiences it may if the wire is cut cause problems in the future.

Don't cut wires in your OE loom!

I splice onto them with the correct size / good quality connector.
