Since you almost my next door neighbour (!) do you wanna travel down on the thursday with us next year Mungo? We have a pretty impressive convoy going already!

I'll talk to you more about it over some nice warm beer in MB or Blue.

Be mostly sat by the pool at the Gite in South Brittany waiting for the departure for Le Mans for the weekend before returning to the Gite for more sunning by the pool........ I love Le Mans, conveniently booked the family holiday with LM in the middle. See you all there.......

Oh, plans are a foot for the usual Sunday night fireworks at Houx Annexe......see you there, I'll be one of the guys letting them off wearing a Royal Blue 'team' rugby shirt - come and say hello.

Mungo - Sounds like you are a Houx Annexe regular, pop by and have a beer. I will be in the trusty Ford Mondeo this year, got to leave the Stylus behind this year!!!!

....completely arseholed, as it's my birthday this time next week!! Must remember to celebrate, as last year it (my b'day) was on the Wednesday, when we travelled down, and by the time we arrived at the campsite, set up etc, I'd clean forgotten all about it... Hehe...

I'll be blatting through France, with Mrs Digga doing her usual, fantastic job (it's true, not all women are useless with maps!) of reading the pace notes, looking out for speed traps, and of course, calling those tricky RHD on RH carriageway overtaking manouvers!

Damn right!! except kids are only excited for 2 months leading up to the big day. By 11.00 am the batteries are worn out......Le Mans goes on for 12 months a year and the batteries never run out!!!

Standing in a field, red-faced and slightly wheezy, scratching me arse and wondering how the hell I'm supposed to fashion a tent out of the pile of tangled canvas and string lying at my feet.

Will (hopefully) be in convoy on the way to Honfleur for a pleasant evening on the French coast, ready for a (not too) early departure to the greatest motor racing event known to man. My flight back to Blighty leaves in 127 hours time - sad, me, never...
