Mulsanne Straight at nite!! How???

Hello chaps,
As this will be my 5th year at Le Mans and i have yet to manage to get out to the Mulsanne at nite, I was wondering if any old hands knew any sneaky ways to get there, best ways to avoid the french plod etc.
It must be awesome to see the cars coming past at 200+mph. I would really like to see them this year!!

I took him last year for his first time, but he still knew the circuit like the back of his hand!
We got to a few places along the mulsanne, however the walk around the southern end and then alongside the mulsanne with the track (and woods) on your left (don't know the names of corners unfortunately) took us bloody ages to get round and its pretty hard to get into the trees, so all you get is the sound of the the cars but you can't get to them...
We managed to get actually next to the circuit at one point, behind the tyres at the top corner before the start of the mulsanne (which was pretty bloody mental actually!) but we were rumbled by plod and moved on so that meant another chuffing great walk back
There is no way to cross the circuit on that part unless you are brave or foolish! 
Bearing in mind Mulsanne is three miles, you can see it took sometime!

Bearing in mind Mulsanne is three miles, you can see it took sometime!When I was there we got down a side road which went pretty close the the end of the Mulsanne, and you got a good view of some very hot disc brakes. Just a quick view mind you! Can't remember how to get there but it is possible - I was in the TVR at the time, not walking. Stumbled on it because I spotted my old Chim parked up!
Another excellent straight (especially at night) is from the top end Mulsanne bend down to Indinapolis.

Back in the TWR days of the late 80's, my brother and I
managed to get past the dodgy policemen and their dogs
and got to the Mulsanne, but because of the lack of light,
I couldn't tell you how or where.
We climbed a tree and sat there for hours as the Jags

Easiest way to get to the Mulsanne Straight - Cafe Des Hunadieres from a reference point.
Get to the Karting (Alain Prost Circuit) on your left. Drive all the way along, past Houx and Houx Annexe and eventually you will drive under Tetre Rouge. Carry on along this road until you come to a T Junction, turn right (You effectively go straight on) Go along this road for about 1 mile and there is a small turning on the right, follow this road along and you will eventually find the camping at the back of the Cafe... Good luck.
For Arnage and Indianapolis from Go Karting, this time about turn, ie Go Kartin on you right! Go along the road to the T Junction, Turn right, go under the circuit along to the cross roads, go straight over. Drive along this road until you see a blue and white building at a junction, turn left. Go along this road until you come to Arnage corner. You will need you camping ticket if you want to park up!!! This, in my opinion is the best place to watch at night - fantastic.

We climbed up the wall next to the restaurant last year. We managed to hang around (lol..) for about 20 mins before the gendarmes came round and pushed us off. Got some good shots up there.
Will try again this year, though we're planning a bit of an old-skool boy scout trek through the woods. Just bought a handy 1:25000 map of Le Mans to help us out

3 years ago we managed to get right up the the fence on the Mulsanne, about 1/3 way down (there is a petrol station or farm shop there with marshalls, we were in the field next to that) sat there for ages and didn't get noticed, only moved on due to the wine running out
