As you may have guessed I'm heading to New York, what I'm looking for is recomendations for a car hire firm, preferably one that hires out either old (as in 60's) or new mustangs(well you've got to dont ya)
Also I'm looking for good scenic drives, we've set aside two days-ish for driving to Boston and would like to see some nice sights along the way.
Recommendations please ??

I'm from there - Massachusetts, that is.
Fun Trip One: Up the Merritt Parkway from NYC through southern Connecticut at night. Lousy drive by day, fast and somewhat spooky by night. Not your typical freeway...
Fun Trip Two: Up the Taconic State Parkway from north of NYC to Interstate 90 near the Massachusetts border. Hilly and scenic.
Fun Trip Three: Start near the end of trip 2. Go on I-90 east to NY 22. Then go east on Route 2 through the Taconic and Berkshire Mountains. 1500 feet elevation change in a few miles, round hairpin turns.
Fun Trip Four: Route 2 east all the way from Williamstown to Boston. You'll know a lot about Massachusetts topography and geography by the end of the trip, and you'll get to put Roadcraft to work there.
Item One: Do not fear American police. They have guns. They have a reputation for being unyielding. However, off the interstate there aren't any patrolling the roads, and they always hide in the most obvious places. Plus, 99% of the patrol cars are the same model - Ford Crown Victoria - so recognize one and you'll recognize them all.
Item Two: Old stick-shift cars are cheap in America. You can do what those guys in TopGear tried to do up North and actually succeed.
