VXR220 Scam. Best Post Of The Year!

It's quite long, but basically some guy called "Imran" is trying to sell his VXR220 that has had no crash damage

What a read! Set aside 30 minutes to an hour though.
They have 250 guests reading at the moment.
I think the mods at VX220 should be switched to work with the Madeline McCann investigation. It is a mystery with informants, data mining and searches on Ebay!
I like the way his 'brothers' garage is now being blacklisted by every car club and forum in the country.
Hardly the result he expected I feel.

Man tries to sell prestine car on forum. Very quickly pictures are posted of a car which used to have the same number plate as the vehicle for sale smashed up in a garage. The mods track down him buying all the parts to repair on Ebay, including parts that are not normaly damaged in an accident but which the car in the pictures did have damaged.
The seller denies it and blames it on coincidence as his brother has a garage repairing cat C and D write offs. Demands to know where the pictures come from and the mods demand the name of the previous keeper so that they can investigate. The Mods point out he and the 'bro' have the same ISP and he says he uses their garage computer: coincidence they have an almost identical car only 2 numbers apart on the chassis.
Various insults are traded but he keeps coming back for more. VX220 peoppe are quite polite(just as well it wasn't PH). Brief bit of racial tension and the seller plays the race card. Mods clearly have information they cannot post suggesting they are the same car.
Some members start offering to buy it at a reduced price. That becomes a slanging match, but a politre one by PH standards.
He maintains it is legit and eventually claims to have sold it for more than the asking price.
Everyone starts to blacklist the garage.
