SPLUTTER!!!

Between 5-6 thousand revs the turbo has started to splutter and cut the power !!!
Any ideas???

Also my car won,t idle with the air con on!!!

Lambda sensor for cutting power? Does this happen when car is hot/or cold or both?
Idle problems and air-con is quite common; I'm sure someone will be along shortly to tell you the cure.

Vacuum pipe is most likely prob with the splutter.
Air con idle is a bit of a mystery, mine used to do that occasionally before I had the engine re-mapped,(re-map on M400 is a good idea as factory boost curve is a bit ott and can cause valve surge)
after the re-map mine was far more driveable (+more BHP ) and revved out to max rpm a lot quicker.(rev limiter still catches me out now!)

Re-map may even cure both! If you're S. East (ish) then Roush at Brentwood will be best. They'll easily be able to diagnose the 'splutter'.
Another thought - when did you last change/check spark plugs?

Is it a splutter or a hestiation?

Hesitations, even big ones, around 5000rpm are almost always the spark plugs need to be re-gapped/replaced.
