It will be amazing how slowly this week will progress for you! Congratulations it's a great car.

Slightly off topic though, how many variations of black can there be? I thought black was black but we have a Pearlescent black, Moonraker black, mine's Carbon black. Be good to see these cars all lined up just to see who's actually got the black car!

Mick, have you seen your car parked next to a Moonraker black one?
If so how do they compare, which is darker?

We really need to get all 3 cars together, Carbon, Mystic and Moonraker.
Preferably in the Herts area, so I can pick which one to order our new S in

What was the 'TVR gone to the 70's disco- black' called again? (the one with the serious glitter job on it)

Mark, never had the opportunity to compare blacks with any other Tuscans. Would be interested, so are there any other black Tuscans in the Hants/Berks area?

Blimey this is going back a bit.
No photo done that I know of.

Seen the colour samples held together (against Ed'd car as it happens) and Mystic looks a lot darker than Moonraker, (Nebula is just nuts, and you either want it or not).

Moonraker is a lot more sparkly than Mystic, which is closer to solid black. In daylight Moonraker still looks black-black and you probably wouldn't think Mystic looks any darker unless they are parked very very close together.

BMW's Carbon black seems popular and that has a distinctive bluey haze to it, especially when it reflects the sun. Very nice.

Mines black too.Hebredes halcyon apparently.
Black with blue and green flecks in it that you can see if you get water on it when the sun hits it at the right angle while you're squinting and doing a hand stand!
very nice it is too.

Is mystic a pearlescent and moonraker a metalic?
