idle speed shaking

Hello,I have some troubles with my S1 when I ride on idle (without
touching the gas pedal) in first gear; the car (and me)is shaken back and forth,as the engine was running out of fuel.Does anybody have an idea to fix that trouble?(I must say that the idle is about 1000 rpm )

It's completely normal for cars to suffer from transmission shunt off the throttle at very low revs. Dip the clutch to stop it, and change down a gear or two.
