Ok over the last couple of months ive been getting a succession or electrical gremlins.
Digital clock not working stuck at 1:80
Digital and analogue Speedo stays at zero
Digital mileage and trip mileage odometer not adding miles
Doors can be opened when car is on the move
The dash pod seems fine with no missing digits and no black lines.
But the main ecu has been back to factory twice before, under warranty to be reprogrammed for aircon problems.
Could this be an ecu problem again, and if so is there anyone around that can reprogrammed the ecu now there’s no back to factory option.

The clock problem will be the dash ECU & is not dealer re-setable, but can be done by Automedon.

The speedo related problems sound like the speed sensor is no longer working.

Try Fernies for the speed sensor they replaced mine a couple of months ago.

IIRC if both speedo's are foocked then it normally points to the speed sensor.

Could all these electric problems be related to our damp conditions
and is causing a number of seperate issues ?

Well sorted the Speedo-mileage odometer problem at least smile
After reading some previous threads, I did some digging around in the boot wheel wells to check out the three pin connector.
The 3 pin connector and cable was saturated in water and so badly corroded that 2 of the wires were severed from the connector.
Simple job remove 3 pin connector completely re-cut and spliced cables with new electrical connectors.
So no new Speedo sensor need saved myself ££££££s bouncebouncebounce
