Bonnet heat barrier / heat shield

HELP....the heat mat under my chimera is not looking good, very tatty and the silver heat lining has disintergrated to some degree.( almost gone)
I cant seem to find any advice about what product to replace it with and where to get it.
I looked at http://www.agriemach.com/default.php?cPath=0_7
But am not 100% sure if this will be suitable to act as a replacement under the bonnet. I dont want a mistake of adding the wrong product and then damaging the paint work.
