I'm so fed up with getting crap to mediocre service from suppliers I thought it might be useful to highlight one that I'm very impressed with.

www.graphicraft.co.uk

have done the new PH badges and a variety of stickers for me. High quality stuff turned around very quickly.

Their website isn't so informative but I can heartily recommend their services.

Perhaps there's an opportunity for a bit of consultancy apropos improving their website then, Squire? After all, you advertise website design as one of your core skills.

Just a thought.

That was just an aside really, I was more trying to make the point that for once I didn't have to chase up a delivery, the turnaround was quick and the quality of the goods was high.

Ted,

I use another one of your suppliers. I noticed that your front page recently developed a "Hosted by Carrenza" logo on it. I've always had excellent service from them myself. I noticed that since the logo appeared I haven't had any trouble seeing PH, so you must too.

They have a reasonably good website though

Thanks for the compliment, Ted.

I will pass on your thoughts on the web site to those concerned!

For anyone who is interested, the web address posted by Ted points you to a front page for both Graphicraft and Optima (part of the same group). Optima, which is where I am based have been supplying Ted with assorted items such as the new Pistonheads car badge. I can be contacted directly on jonh@optima.uk.com, and will happily try to help anyone with any graphic production requirements, from small badges to full truck liveries, banners etc.

Yup, I had the temerity to suggest Audi's website would stand a bit less "design" to them, they didn't seem impressed by constructive criticism. You just can't help some people - unless you happen to be charging them lots of money for it!
