How to remove cured sikaflex

I had a bit of an accident in the Ultima about 6 weeks ago on a race track. I ended up scuffing and cracking the front and rear body clips. No chassis damage, but enough body damage that the front and rear body clips required repairs and painting.

As a part of that, the body shop removed most of the grills. It turns out that the sikaflex that Ultima supplies is strong enough to hold the grills in place, but with enough hand pressure, the grills can be easily removed.

The problem is that the sikaflex sticks to the body and the grils. To remove it from the body, you have to use a sharp razor blade and sand it back. But on the grills, I found that I could burn it off using a low temperature butane torche. It burns nicely (avoid inhaling the fumes) and then the residual carbon can be easily scrubbed off with water and a fine brush.
