E/d states that Mark broke a blower belt in the burnout....

That car runs a procharger, which Im 99.9999 % certain is directly driven off the nose of the crank ?

Unless Im very mistaken ?

Oh, and clapclapclap to Steve Kellet, that looks a proper fast car.
Anyone know any more about it ?

the procharger is still belt driven, its basicly a turbo with a pulley, both the engines in the holigan and my mustang were built by trevor at BH autocraft

To Steve wavey Cant wait to see the car in the flesh, looks awesome.

That pic of the Hooligan is what made me think prochargers wernt belt driven. For some reason I assumed they got driven directly off the nose of the crank.

Cheers for puting us straight !

So long as it's rotating, it doesn't matter how it's driven. I think John Sleath's current Audi is crank driven. His previous Audi (the one he crashed) was belt driven.

bow Oh mighty Tog, I didnt doubt your words, I had just convinced myself that all prochargers were a la John Sleath and not belt driven.
