In 3rd gear, all power went, foot off and it was back again, so tried again, this time she stalled in the outside lane on a dual carriageway.

Waited 5 mins, she fired up again.

I think it may be the fuel pump.

Le Mans on Thursday, any advice?

Suggest you contact the people who did the work..sure they will be the ones to know what has gone wrong.

When I was having the rolling road session done, the person I was waiting with said they had a similar fault when their fuel filter was fitted the wrong way round. Have you had any work done in this area..?

I have done two track days since the work, 6k miles.

I have a feeling the fuel pump is faulty, failing or a loose wire.

Trouble is no time to take it anywhere to have it looked at.

Was hoping for a simple answer.

Ahh, I think an inverted fuel filter problem would have manifested itself before now.

Good luck sorting it out.

Sounds like a problem I had when I upgraded my fuel pump.

The Relay used to overheat, then just give up. Let it cool down and the realy would start working again.

Might just want to check it's seated ok, and check the connections are clean.

Hope you get it sorted before LeMans.....

"Look, the only way we'll get the campbeds in there is to give them to Justin first!!"
