Let the building commence! Mrs Smiler is a bit worried as the instructions state that you need an experianced welder and experianced glass fibre fabricator, and the sub should only be used with a backup crew nearby.

Oh dear smile

It'll be fine, I've seen the abyss smile

Pictures please!!!

May I also suggest you invest in sub-aqua breathing gear and a one month intensive "how to hold your breath for an hour made easy" course!

um, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but......subs get wet, it's kinda what they're for. If you're building a dry sub.....I think you'll find it's a tank HTH biggrin

I'd have thought if a sub gets wet (on the inside) then it simply becomes a sunk boat?

$1500 for your own sub. Its a must have even if you don't live near any water.

Whats it going to be powered by? their propulsion (get me with all the Sub lingo) looks rubbish. Hyabusa peopulsion system anyone?
