S Club Midlands Convoy....?

Hi all

This might be a bit soon but who'd be up for a convoy to S Club? I know that there are quite a few S owners in the East Midlands / Northants area so expect there will be a lot of cars going west on the A14 & A45 or north/south on the M1. How about a couple of meet points along the way then all meeting somewhere? As an example I know there's a service station at the M1-A43 junction....?

Sounds good, the Northants group normally meet at Riverside Pk which is on the A45 in Northampton, everyone knows it so it makes sense for that to be the Northampton meeting point

Happy for a mini hoon just about anytime you fancy, although not when I'm on holiday clearly, cos well then I'd not be around, and well...... Just let me know and we can drive.

My somewhat dim memory seems to recall there was at least one event at a hall in Lamport last year?

It's at the train station in lamport (Brampton Halt ???). Apparently they want you on site by about 10am but knowing my crap time keeping I think I'll be arriving a little after that. It seems it's one of those events thats either a nice day out or complete rubbish. They've got the trains running and stuff so I'm going to stick my head in and see what it's all about.

Chris, now that you've come to your senses and decided not to sell your car I assume you are still on for this?

What time do you intend meeting at / leaving from Riverside Pk? And where exactly is Riverside Pk?!

At the moment Petclub, Ray S and hopefully one other are possibly going to meet at my house just off A47 then come down through Kettering to meet you at Northampton.

Longers, I'm still going to S club, but have booked a hotel for a few days to take my youngest away (we wont get a proper holiday this year). Of course this conincides with S club, and we'll be in Lytham. So, we may try and meet the North West convoy on the way down and then join you for the return convoy.
