OZ 8 spoke Wheels

Hi Guys,
I'm thinking about changing my wheels to 16" split rims and so would have six standard 15" OZ 8 spoke wheels available for sale. They are colour coded blue to match the mica blue of the bodywork (i.e. the non polished bits are mica blue). Two have not been used since they were refurbed (they were bought as spares in case the worst happened - these things were like rocking horse s**t a few years back!!)The other 4 are on the car with past-their-prime bridgestones on.
The question is what are these wheels worth now and would I be better refurbing them back to the standard black or sell as a set as they are?

Sorry Kev I missed thisk,personally I wouldn't get them refurbed as you wont get any extra
Prices on all TVR wheels seems to have dropped a bit as quite a few have gone to after market.
You will probably will get more by selling a couple as replacements,and then try selling the set of four.
I was thinking about split rims but the thought of all that extra cleaning put me off but they do look nice

Last time I sold some of these wheels (bought 2sets and sold the excess) I sold them for £100 unrefurbed with tyres and £150 refurbished. I am probably looking at the same again if I can be bothered. The lack of interest in the thread could be indicative of a lack of interest in general. I was thinking that if I could get sensible money for them then I could offset the £1200 I'm looking at for the split rims. If I'm not going to get decent money for them I'll probably just stick new tyres on the ones I've got and keep them.

If they were 5 stud I'd have a look myself as its local to me..
The seller also has a set of 4 stud RL7's if you like the cerb look

Hi Harry, I'm after the CXN splits, look like the OZ splits that were available from TVR but should be not too expensive to refurb as and when. I had some BBS splits for my golf once....£170 EACH to refurb
....I sold them shortly after. These are a standard £50 to refurb...much more like it. They are also light as you like (5.2 KG for the 16" wheels). The only fly in the ointment is £364 EACH rim. V. tasty though.

If you want to sell them I'm sure there are a lot of people who would give you a fair price for a spare (including me). I think if you named a price people would offer to buy them, but they may not want to offend with a low offer.
I also think you'd get more selling them individually than as a set. Just my opinion though.
