The first production 911 to have PAS was the 964, the pump ran from the o/s camshaft via a belt and 2 pulleys. The fitment of a 964 system to the 3.2 is not possible due to a lack of interchangeable parts.
I don't know of any aftermarket systems, but its always possible to do anything - its the cost that rules it out mostly - you could try 15" fuch wheels?? The steering may be slightly lighter?
