roof mods

what whas changed to the roof in 1999 apr,i was told it was changed....and will the Elise fit in a garage that only just takes a SLK(just)and i bet there fun to get out of in a garage with the roof on ,,,any tips????

Small changes to the side rails and fastenings to make them compatible with the hard top fixings.

ii) it only weighs 710kg. Get out of the car on the drive and push it the last 15 feet.
iii) it will fit in a 7ft wide garage and you can squeeze out of it but stick some carpet on the wall where the doors open to protect the edges.

i cant push it in the last few yards as the garage is on a slope.....what about a lift to get me out !!!!!!!!!!a few roaps should do it i think....or i will just drive it all nite that sounds better
