I thought I'd just see what it would cost to replace my C4 at an OPC ready for insurance renewal. Found this on the Porsche website. Have a look at the interior photo........do you think it could be retro-fitted to mine!?

Why would anyone pay to have that done? I'd love to hear the sales patter for it!

Punter: Hi, I'm interested in the P/ex Jag XKR you have parked outside
Porsche sales person: Sorry, that's sold, but can sell you a 996.
Punter: Not sure I like the modern interior of a 996
Porsche sales person: No problem, just tick the 'Old Man Jag Option' box and you too can have artificial tree and retro 4 way steering wheel.

Here's a man happy to take the piss out of himself:

Have a look at the interior of mine, its got veneer all over the place, its like a nasty rash.
(and its a cab, and its a tippy!)

Probably owing to my love of Jaguars

and yes, I'm very good with colours!

I'm felling another couple of trees this evening, once I've kiln-dried them I'll complete the whole mawkish ensemble.

ps., I'm off to finish off my back, sack, and crack wax.
