Hi all could someone give advise on who could carry out a pre-purchase inspection in the Norfolk area?

The AA dont do Porkers and I live in the North West.

Thanks

Peter Morgan couldnt do mine so I used Sportscar guides , pleased with the job they did, verbal report whilst still with the car followed by full written report and CD rom with photos of all paerwork and important points on the car.

Usually about £300.00 including HPI check

Not wanting to denigrate the service Sportscar Guides offer but they sub-contract the job - you could get it done at probably half the price if you go to a specialist directly.

They did a report on a 993 I was looking at and sub-contracted it to GCR Pure Porsche. Very happy with the report - I walked away from the car as a result of it - but by asking around here or on the PCGB board I could have got a recommendation to use GCR and gone directly.

That said, you're paying for convenience, I suppose. You pay your money and make your choice

Depends on location I think, mine was done by a specialist engineer not a local indie.

Fair enough - I suppose there may certain areas they don't cover and have to subcontract.

My point stands though that it's usually cheaper to take it to a local indie yourself.
