Oooo don't get me started! I've actually owned the car for over 2 weeks, but as you know it was reg'd in the IoM, so I had to send paperwork off to DVLA. Well, today, right on their deadline they come back and say 'You need this Customs and Excise form.'

So I ring Customs and Excise and they say, 'Yeah, we get this all the time from the DVLA. You don't need one.'

I'm going to the DVLA office on Monday with every bit of paper in the whole world and sort it out once and for all. If you see a 10 o'clock news story about someone holding people at knife point in a DVLA office, it'll be me.
