Buying help from anybody please on 911 996 C4 Cab Manual

I am just about to purchase first 911 and have a 996 C4 Cab to view with switchable exhaust I wondered how often these need replacing from factory as its 2002/02 and am working out first year costs.
Any help much appreciated please and if any body has any views on its spec and value I am not after a bargain but I would love to buy a good example to start with.

2002/02 30k miles with FPSH
Meridean Silver/Blue leather/Blue roof
18" Carerra alloys/Bi-Xenon lights
Switchable sports exhaust/Gamballa spoiler
Mint body & good interior and a few add ons like ali pack and crested sports seats.

Its has no hardtop, PCM or Bose and is from an independant dealer on at a £40k

You should get a hardtop they come as standard when new. Dependant upon where its coming from would get it inspected. Seems slightly expensive.
