H&R or Eibach Springs?

I have a W 2000 Peugeot 306 HDI, Im looking at lowering the car with springs on the front and lowering the torsion bar at the rear.

What I need to know is which of these two or other brand is best for day to day driving? I dont want a hard bumpy ride, I like the way the car feels now I just want it lower for asthetics.

The Eibach Pro kit is very good for everyday use. I have driven a number of pugs with these and the ride is excellent
