Clutch Adjustment

Before I invest in a new clutch, i just want to check with the experts that i have understood correctly that there is no adjustment possibility on the S3 clutch. The master and slave cylinders were replaced a while ago, no leaks, but it releases only at full pedal depression and then i still get a 'ding' from first. Am i heading in the right direction, or have i missed something. Any advice greatfully received.

paul, as i recall there is adjustment on the pushrod from the slave to the release/operating lever. I am at work so will have a look tonight as mine is out of car at the moment and get back to you if I am wrong.

pringli as you've got the motor out, could you post a photo of the adjuster please, its difficult to see down there. thanks if poss
