Track DAY INSURANCE

I am lucky enough to be taking my 996 Turbo to the Ring and Spa in October, can anyone recommend a good track day insurance, my standard insurance does not cover the Ring or tracks.

Competition Car Insurance in Nottingham just quoted me £1014 for 2.5 days on track in July. This also covers mechanical failures on engine and gearbox, based on my CSL worth £32k, declared modifications (Supersprint Exhaust & AP's) and an excess of £3200.

You can however, take the mechanical out of the policy which should discount it. We've never had insurance on the Ring on previous trips but was curious to find out costs for this years trips.

I'd be interested from anyone else who have had quotes from elsewhere?
