I need a set of tyres for the 986 boxster, the car i think came with Pirelli P Zeros as standard and the later model Michelin Pilot sports. What are peoples opinions on the two tyres and which do you think i should fit??

Michelin's without a doubt. Michelin Pilot Sport. Excellent wet and dry. Very hard wearing.

Had the Pirellis. They were pretty good too but the Michelin's have it.

If you can get hold of a set of SO2's (NOT the later A's) they are absolutely amazing on a Boxster yes

Any N rated tyre is fine. Don't mix N ratings though.

Not on a Boxster... SO2A's really don't suit the car at all.
