I've just got some old leather seats that have been dry stored for many years and the leather has gone like cardboard, and in some areas cracked...but not torn. There are also extremly dirty, the grey colour is massively different in the "hidden" areas.
A couple of piccys

What are the do's and don't of reviving the leather before I fit them to the car?

Regards
Iain

For a DIY job you will not find a better product than Liquid Leather, they have a restoration kit available and the leather feed for regular use. Whatever you do do not use any water/shampoo type products. You can colour match and apply to the deep cracks after cleaning.www.liquidleather.com

All the info is on their site and having used the products for ten years or more I recommend them to you.
