compression test

Hi guys any one done a compression test on there 2.9 s3. Does any one know approx what each cylinder should be reading.Did mine today with a simple hand held tester.It reads upto 250psi, each cylinder was approx 185/190 psi. Is this ok,cant find any ref in the bible, just thought someone out there would know. Thanks Tom.

Sounds about right - as long as all cylinders are also much the same, should be ok.

That's a bit on the high side which is good, the main thing is consistency, ideally they should all be within 10%.
