might be a great idea to have an opinion poll taken at the event. You know the one, instead of transport 2000 asking pensioners outside sainsburys on a wet wednesday if they support speed cameras invite them along to do a "scientific survey" in a completly impartial enviroment and see if they can still make them popular. Or better still get the transport minister to come and see how well his plans are held with us.

Of course, baseball bats don't ordinarily stick to transport ministers, so you might have to apply considerable force
