I've convinced myself that its time to buy a GT3 after going for a test drive last week.

Before I go head first into the market offering my noble to traders for silly money I was wondering if anyone was actually interested in a sort off part exchange deal.

I'm looking for a MK 11, 04 reg and would consider any colour spec etc.....

Won't go into too much detail about the noble (yet) but its a 53reg GTO3R titanium silver with 14k on the clock.

Apologies if i'm breaking all the rules but haven't got round to posting an advert in the classified section as yet.

Just out of interest from a Noble owner point of view; in what areas do you think the Porsche is superior to the Noble, why the change, what are the pitfalls of owning a Noble?

The question which will no doubt cause hours of debate.

My simple (sitting on the fence)reply would be is that I'd like a GT3 and can now afford one.

The GT3 didn't feel as fast as my noble and certainly won't get the reaction the noble gets but I have this burning desire to own a GT3. I never also felt the need to drive around as fast in the porsche and surely thats a good thing!!

Ive driven a noble m12 gto (3L ford V6 twin turbo)

I have to say it was quick upto 130mph but then gutless also it was very difficult to drive the car...im sure this was deliberate as it did give it a racing car feel.

As for build quality i rebuilt the engine at 15K and it was the worst engineered/built put together car i have worked on in my life and ive worked on 80% of vehicle manufactures...it was such aboge job its amazing a kid in a shed could of built 1 of those better....not sure what the newer ones are like but doubt a leppard changes his spots !

Just my 2 pence worth.
